Deerhammer’s four grain straight bourbon achieves a specific provenance by utilizing Colorado grown grains blended with our own angles of innovation. This creation is unapologetically distinct (and delicious!) from its KY counterparts.

Deerhammer’s straight 4-grain bourbon features a grain-bill comprised of 65% Ute Mountain Corn, 15% red wheat, 15% oats, 5% roasted barley.

It is sour mashed, 4-5 day open-air fermented and double pot distilled on our custom built ‘squat-head’ copper pot stills.
