Dutch Style Gin

Deerhammer Dutch Style Gin is first and foremost, a labor of love. Our dedicated, grain-to-glass approach begins with the same spirit base as our flagship Single Malt Whiskey: 100% malted barley. As for “Dutch Style,” it’s the use of barley that classifies this spirit as an old school genever, providing a gentler pine flavor than mainstream, juniper-heavy gins.

After mashing, fermenting and distilling, the infusion of 15 unique botanicals shapes the spirit: Juniper Berries, Coriander, Orris Root, Chicory, Coconut, Grapefruit, Star Anise, Grains of Paradise, Hibiscus, Cardamom, Mint, Cloves, Cacao Nibs, Cassia, Lime.
